Hi. I ordered some clams and otah and mistook the validity for 3 months when it’s actually just 1 month. Now it says voucher expired when I had planned to collect from the store tomorrow. Please advise if I can still collect? The expiry was shown to be 11 April. Thank you. |

Your order is found in Qoo store pick up system, not in the delivery system. Kindly choose "Seller Delivery" button from the first beginning via webpage or mobile purchase, otherwise the Qoo default system will automatically put it into "store pick up" order.
We will arrange for your order as store pickup instead of delivery. Kindly come for store pickup between our operating hour which is Mon-Sat, 9am-4pm before your e-ticket voucher expired.
